The Direct Media Academy educational conference, which will take place this year between May 28 and May 30 at Madlenianum, is set to present the latest industry trends the marketing community and all fans of the media, marketing, and communications.
Sporting the slogan The New Era of Communication, the three-day training hosted by DIRECT MEDIA United Solutions focuses on technology, the media, and innovative management in the renaissance of communications we are witnessing.
In the two modules’ talks and interactive workshops with world-class local speakers and guests from abroad, the participants will master specific tools and strategies for successful communication in the new era.
Two modules: Media and Branding
The New Media World module, under the helm of DIRECT MEDIA United Solutions’ Data & Communications Director Marija Matić, answers questions about the future of television, digital, social media, and data’s role in communication.
The New Branding: Hocus Pocus module will be led by Mitja Tuškej, strategist at Ascanius Media Slovenia, a DIRECT MEDIA United Solutions affiliate. Mitja will talks about a new concept of branding and provide the participants with a framework and tools for transitioning into innovative branding strategies.
For the participants of both modules, one of the world’s best trainers Ravid Kuperberg of Isreael’s Mindscapes will deliver a four-hour workshop on Cracking the Codes of Creativity and Innovation or How Do We Decode the Creative and Innovative. The workshop will teach the participants to decipher the codes behind the most creative and successful campaigns, as well as to apply this knowledge to their brands and businesses.
World-class names at the Festival Day
In the era of connectivity, the Academy’s Festival Day on May 30 is reserved for a series of talks not only by the local and global advertising industries’ figures, but also those coming from other closely related arenas.
In addition to Ravid Kuperberg, whose talk is titled The Story of StoryTeching or Translating Innovative Technology to Effective Storytelling, our celebrated filmamaker Dragan Bjelogrlić will tell the Festival Day audience about where we are on the global production map and innovations in the art of film. Srđan Đurđević, United Group’s R&D Manager, will explain how modern technology — machine learning and artificial intelligence — is used in the processing of TV content, while Vladimir Vulić, co-founder of Digitalizuj.me and Spark.me, will talk about a new management model in digitally transformed companies.
