In extraordinary circumstances that require fast reactions, we continue to cultivate the spirit of solidarity.
Our reaction was swift when the Ministry of Education of Montenegro announced the concept of distance learning for schoolchildren. We offered our expertise pro bono so that all of us could get the positive maximum out of this situation, which is for all of us new and challenging, and give example of how we get to results by making joint efforts.
In a statement by Minister of Education, Damir Šehović, Ph.D., we learn that the concept #Study@Home required extensive organisation where over 300 lectures for primary and secondary school were recorded in a few days thanks to extraordinary efforts. There are over 100 lecturers involved in the project. The class is broadcast by three television channels and is also available on e-platforms with great support from partners.
According to the promotion plan, the campaign was launched on social networks: Facebook and Instagram, whose consumption is experiencing expansion in the current circumstances. The goal of the campaign is to reach as many target group members as possible through social networks to animate them so that they can continue their education in a simple and safe way. Following the results of the campaign on a daily basis, we can already say that we are satisfied with the fantastic effects it produces. We are working hard to keep it that way until the campaign ends.
The positive effects achieved are an additional motive, because the situation that has hit us all requires, above all, solidarity, timely response and professionalism.
