November 2020

As long-standing partners of the Novak Đoković Foundation and Original magazine, we support the best entrepreneurs through rebranding and mentoring in digital product development
The goal of Original’s Entrepreneurship School is to advance small business owners, who will receive consulting support over three months for business development and improvement through working with experienced entrepreneurs and experts in their field, the Novak Đoković Foundation announced.
Some of the topics intended for the participants include digital brand development, financial operations, soft skills, and fostering creativity and innovation.
In addition to online lessons, the participants will be able to take part in webinars and workshops, join a group of entrepreneurs who will share experiences with them, and promote their brands on the Original platform. Project supporter DIRECT MEDIA United Solutions will help the very best entrepreneurs with (re)branding of their companies or products and mentoring in digital development over six months.
“The idea for the project came about after a few months ago we completed an anonymous survey focused on analyzing small businesses affected by the pandemic. We tried to paint a broader picture and understand the target audience that needs support in this situation the most. The school itself and all topics will reflect an approach to innovating and adapting the business model to external changes and new business circumstances. We hope that our school will not only help them persevere during a difficult time, but it will also provide them with a footing for further progress towards success,” said Original’s Project Director Jasmina Stojanović.
Interested entrepreneurs from Serbia running companies for one to three years with up to five employees can apply on Original’s website as of Friday, November 13. The application process ends on November 23 at noon. The number of participants in Original’s Entrepreneurship School is limited.
The program is planned to last from November 2020 to February 2021, and the completion will be marked by hosting a day-long bazaar with the participants. The morning program will include panels and keynote speakers on sustainability in fashion and old crafts, while in the evening the participants will get a chance to showcase their products.
