We are proud to be the first media agency in the region to receive the Family Friendly Enterprise certificate in October 2019.
Our employees fully benefit from 17 measures we have designed, introduced, and successfully implemented, all aimed at ensuring a healthy work-life balance. These measures are tailored to suit everyone’s needs and preferences.
They include: a day off for birthdays and for a child’s first day of school, gradual return to work for mothers after maternity leave, gifts for childbirth and work anniversaries, as well as numerous leisure benefits such as theatre visits, zoo trips, therapeutic massages, and more.
We continuously listen to our colleagues’ needs and introduce new initiatives to enhance their satisfaction. Many new ideas are already developed and just waiting for the implementation.

ISO 9001
We have obtained also the ISO 9001 certification – the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). For us, this means we have established clear quality control processes, focused on meeting client needs, optimized operations, reduced costs, and strengthened our competitiveness with a globally recognized standard.
The certification process included implementing our QMS, conducting internal audits to identify improvements, and successfully passing external audits by an independent certification body.

By implementing ISO 27001, we have identified and assessed potential risks, applied the right controls to reduce them, and ensured compliance with regulations such as GDPR. The process included defining the scope of our Information Security Management System, analyzing threats and vulnerabilities, implementing technical, physical, and administrative controls, training our team, and establishing continuous monitoring and improvement.

Socially Responsible Employer
We are the first company in Serbia that received the “Socially Responsible Employer” certificate, awarded by Balance Company CEE and the Ekvilib Institute from Slovenia. This recognition confirms our long-standing commitment to social responsibility and a corporate culture built on care for our employees and the community in which we operate.
The certification process evaluated our management’s dedication to social responsibility, our reporting and stakeholder engagement, environmental practices such as energy-saving policies, and the creation of a healthy work environment through collaboration, training, and open communication.
Since our founding, we have nurtured a family-friendly atmosphere, believing that employees are the heart of every organization.
